BODY WASH:

Squeeze a small amount of body wash onto wash cloth or loofah and gently scrub away the dirt and grime. Use daily

DEODORANT:

Hold the deodorant against your under arm for a moment, using your body heat to soften it, then apply under your arms

LIP BALM:

Just remove the lip balm with your thumbnail and apply to your lips for hours of protection. Use daily.
