This month we attended the Arnold Classic as both a vendor and a fan club. We met tons of awesome people and had a great time, like we do every year we attend. If you’ve never been out to one of these events, we highly recommend checking it out, even if weight lifting and big gains aren’t necessarily your thing. There’s something for everyone… you know, like beard care products, body care products, and bald head care products, etc.
That’s us. We’re talking about us. And since we’re on that topic, we got lots of interest in some of our most recent products. People had similar questions about these products, so we thought there would likely be more folks out there with the same questions. First, let’s take a look at the product lines and then review the questions for each one.

Perhaps the most asked question about our Beard Growth System was “How does it work?” or “How will it make my hair grow?”.
Our Beard Growth Serum is heat infused with specially selected roots and leaves and a proprietary blend of all natural essential oils. This combination of ingredients greatly improves circulation in the skin, which stimulates hair growth.
“What does the biotin do?”.
Biotin strengthens beard hairs and prevents breakage and split ends. Biotin also nourishes the follicles, improving the strength, elasticity and durability of new beard hair growth. This is one of the great ingredients in our Heat Infused Beard Growth Balm.
What is heat infused and how is it heated?
Infusing an herb into an oil allows its active medicinal properties to be extracted. This process enables the plant's therapeutic benefits to be applied topically. The roots and leaves are heated around 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit over the course of a few hours and then mixed in with our high quality carrier oils.
Do I need to use the full system or can I buy one thing? If I don’t want the full system, what can I start with?
You don’t NEED the full system to get results, but it certainly allows things to progress more quickly and effectively when it comes to beard growth.
If you don’t want the full system, or maybe want to try out one specific thing before you commit, we recommend the Beard Growth Serum. Again, this product is filled with specially selected ingredients that improve circulation in the skin, which encourages and stimulates hair growth.
How do I use Beard Oil & balm ? Do I just put it on my beard hair?
You don’t want to just put the product on the beard hair. The skin beneath the beard is just as important to nurture! When using our beard oil and balm, you’ll want to be sure to massage the product into both the beard and skin. Follow up with a beard brush or comb to evenly distribute.
If I use beard balm & oil , which one do I put on first?
Typically, beard oil is applied and followed up with beard balm. This order allows for the most ideal sculpting and styling conditions. When used together, you’ll get both conditioning and styling benefits, which make for one awesome looking beard.
Do I need to comb and brush it everyday?
Yes. An obvious reason for this is that you don’t want to look sloppy. A well groomed beard is more appealing, right? Also, combing and brushing allows for the products to be evenly distributed throughout your beard, making it more healthy all around.
What does the bald head system do? Can I use it on my entire face?
Our Bald Head Care System has tons of benefits, including:

With all of those benefits, the answer to the second question is YES. You can, and SHOULD use it on your face!
Does the balm help with sun protection? What does it do?
The balm does not protect your skin from the sun, so we highly recommend making sure you take the necessary precautions to avoid sunburn and skin damage.
What the Moisturizing Balm does do is moisturize and hydrate while the antiseptic properties of tea tree oil go to work. Our proprietary blend of natural botanicals and plant extracts help balance pH, leaving you with a “greaseless” perfectly balanced head and face.
Do you have to use all of it together or can I just use a single product?
Again, you SHOULD use all of the products together for optimal results, BUT if you want to try one before committing to the entire system, the Shine Away pH Balancer is the way to go. Your head is all skin (otherwise you likely wouldn’t be considering this purchase), and regulating the pH through gentle cleansing is essential.
