We have the pleasure of working with many creative and talented people. We frequently ask our employees and staff for suggestions for improvement. Sometimes the comments are about the work environment (suggestion: this coffee pot is nasty--solution: we bought a Keurig). Sometimes the comments are funny (suggestion: make a Halloween themed beard oil with spider legs and bat wings--solution: bawahahahahah. I'm looking at you Mr. Peters). In fact, the decision to change our lids for beard oils and pre-shave oils from flip top to an orifice reducer and screws on cap was an internal suggestion--thanks Anderson! That was a home run.
Yesterday, we hit solid gold in upper management. Kayla Young is working on a line for our beard-challenged customers (aka ladies!). I ordinarily would not post a "coming soon" until much later in the development process, but girlfriend did her homework. She came to us with research, potential formulas, and an estimate of cost/profit. So of course, she's got the green light to make some Mountaineer Lady Magic.
I won't spoil the surprise, but I am excited and I'm expecting some big things. Thanks Kayla! You Rock!
