At 47 years old, Brendan is celebrating 15 years of marriage and cherishing the joys of parenthood with three kids aged 24, 20, and 9.

Brendan boasts an IFBB Pro men's physique title and previously dazzled as a professional basketball player with the Harlem Rockets, affectionately known as Grasshopper.

Armed with a BA in Psychology, Brendan ventured into entrepreneurship and treasures a car collection featuring a 2021 Dodge Scat Pack and a 1965 Ford Galaxie 500.

Since 1998, Brendan has been shaving his head and he uses Mountaineer Brand products on a regular basis.

He has graced over 400 commercials as an actor, boasting 18 years of experience. When not on set, Brendan revels in fitness, culinary explorations, globetrotting, family moments, and diving into engaging DIY projects.
