Product Good, Customer Service Off The Charts!

The product itself seems to be good. The aromas are, of course, subjective to your taste. Some I don’t like. But what I do like is that the aromas do last a long time.

What I really like about this company is their customer service. It goes above and beyond what I normally get. My order was shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. It got delivered to the wrong house after being lost a couple of days in a neighboring city. I contacted their customer service and told them what happened and I said how they handled this would see if I would do anymore business with them. About a week later I received another package by UPS with the same product. I was pleasantly shocked.

This company stands by their customers even if what happened was not their fault. How often does that happen anymore. Trust these folks with your business without fear.
